The Natural World is the heart of everything I create, the intricate detail on a single Pheasant feather, the gradient of an evening sky or even the speed that a horse can travel. I am in pursuit of creating work that reflects my admiration and respect for the natural world, around how it is all art as well as the way that we interact with it, whether this is something as simple as taking a walk to the many different sports that interact with the landscape. You haven’t performed well enough unless you’ve come away covered in mud after a rugby match, sweating all over after running in the summer or soaked through and shivering after riding in the rain.
